Branch Manager – Online Branch
Key Responsibilities
Oversee delivery of quality services of the Online Branch in line with the Institute standards, policies, procedures and processes.

Allocate work and supervise staff and Online Lecturers to ensure smooth operations and seamless online service delivery of the branch.

Steer and supervise marketing initiatives of the Online Branch to promote KIM’s products, including Online courses, certifications and Membership products leveraging on digital platforms.
