We are looking for candidates who are currently working as Branch Manager, Area Manager or Cluster Manager.
Position: Area Manager-Gold Loan Operations
Work Location: Goa
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the overall performance of assigned Gold Loan branches
Drive business sourcing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Ensure achievement of branch and area-level business targets
Supervise branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
Lead, guide, and motivate branch teams for improved productivity and performance
Monitor portfolio quality, customer service standards, and operational efficiency
Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews
Coordinate with regional leadership on business strategies and execution

4–5 years of experience in Gold Loan operations
