Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 executives, ensuring high performance and achievement of business targets.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly acquisition/Servicing targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular training, field visits, and performance reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
