Who You'll Work With

You will join our office in Madrid to work in teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues. You will manage and grow a team of Project Managers, Producers, and other profiles, while working with all Fever departments, from Marketing to Operations. The team consists of motivated, young, and fun people with multicultural backgrounds and backgrounds from top profiles in consulting, tech, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a regional P&L.
• Develop and coach the regional team.
• Build and manage the regional team (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters, etc.).
• Ensure team members meet quality and revenue goals quarterly by auditing performance.
• Define regional growth strategy, maximize sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality of events.
