Branch Operations Officer

Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

 Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, quality assurance, or

software development.

 Familiarity with IoT devices, SaaS platforms, and basic troubleshooting.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional Asian

languages are a plus).

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple

responsibilities.

Preferred Experience:

 Extensive experience with Java EE, Spring Framework (Boot), and related

technologies: Demonstrated by years of experience as a Software Engineer, with

significant expertise in Java and related technologies.
