Job Description

Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability

  • Maintain/Arrange services on vehicles

  • Maintain/Arrange for COF on vehicles

  • Attending to vehicle licensing

  • Attending to Abuse on vehicles

  • Attending to Abuse recovery

  • Obtaining quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehicles

  • Insurance claim / all relevant documents

  • Create workshop RA’s
    - Branch RA’s

  • Gate passes

  • Closing details / RA’s

  • Assist with VMR

  • Fuel slips, fuel recons

  • Customer liaison

  • Workshop liaison

  • Assist other branches

  • Fleet pack/month end

  • Assist contract costing

  • Responsible for keys in and out to drivers

  • Petty cash

  • Arranging Insurance confirmations – and claims

  • Attending to Traffic fines
