Job Description

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
