Job Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
To be a full-fledged “brand” manager of the designated brands and be responsible for strong P&L management skill and budgets. Manage the marketing division and ensure that Marketing Executives & Trainers are effectively trained in order to maximize their marketing skills and know-how (after 6 mths or earlier). Provide leadership direction to the team and strengthen brands market presence (after 6 months or earlier). SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
NUMERICAL OBJECTIVE:
Achievement and accountability for individual brand targets – up to profit contribution level for each brand. Tracking of sales on monthly basis by brand. Key reports include retail & wholesale sales analysis by brand, by channel and contribution (%) by sku. Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
