A go-to-market (GTM) manager is a dedicated person responsible for managing the go-to-market strategy, process of innovation, or product launch and controlling 360 distribution plans with 75% accuracy from data, business strategy, and market demand. He/she will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launch operations. This position works closely with the Brand Director to set the strategic vision, aware of the investment, work on operational initiatives, and achieve launch goals as well as oversee overall performances.
