Overview

Brand Marketing Manager – Barcelona, Spain.

The North Face EMEA is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager for Iberia to join its Marketing Department based in Barcelona.

The role collaborates closely with the regional Brand Director, HQ marketing team and local sales organization to develop and deliver best‑in‑class country marketing plans in line with the overall EMEA strategy.

The candidate must have excellent knowledge of Spanish outdoor and lifestyle consumers and the wholesale landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and lead the country GTM marketing road map and deliver an omnichannel country plan to ensure local relevance and increase brand power.
• Partner with HQ (brand and comms teams) to provide local expertise and support the overall marketing strategy with local relevance and consistency.
• Deliver brand excellence by ensuring alignment across all consumer touchpoints.
