Job Description

Major League Baseball (MLB) is the most historic of the major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada. MLB’s vision is to be the global sport of choice for youth to play, fans of all backgrounds to enjoy and a desired destination for employment.

We are looking for a Pitching Coordinator based out of Ibiúna, Brazil. This role requires a strong background in baseball, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders in a start-up environment.


Responsibilities

  • Train pitchers at the MLB/Brazil Baseball Federation academy, working with various parties to implement effective short- and long-term strategies for participating athletes

  • Foster strong communication and relationships between MLB, the Brazil Baseball Federation, Driveline, and local coaching staff to ensure coordination and buy-in across groups
