Job Description
Working Location : Marina Bay Mondays to Fridays: 7am to 4.30pm
Coordinate daily bakery operations, manpower scheduling, inventory management, food supplies and food wastage control.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of artisanal breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and specialty baked items to premium quality standards. Ensure all products are fresh, visually appealing, and consistently executed according to recipes and brand standards. Manage daily mise en place and production schedules to meet breakfast, buffet, banquet, afternoon tea, and la carte service demands. Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor stock levels, ingredient freshness, and proper storage practices. Minimise wastage through effective planning and portion control. Support menu development with creative seasonal and luxury-standard baked offerings. Ensure kitchen equipment is operated safely and maintained in good working condition. Work closely w...
