POSITION SUMMARY

:

A Breakfast Supervisor is responsible maintaining the breakfast area up to brand standards and to provide the best-in-class experience for all guests. Greeting and assisting guests, providing prompt and courteous services, ensuring all food products are maintained, replenished and that the dining area remains clean and inviting at all times.

    • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, organize, and maintain scheduling for all breakfast associates
  • Order products and conduct inventory for breakfast area
  • Recruit and train new employees
  • Train, supervise and support the breakfast team
  • Conduct monthly department meetings
  • Conduct monthly deep cleaning for breakfast area
