Broadcast & Digital Media Specialist

Job Description

The Broadcast & Digital Media Specialist will work directly with faculty and students to provide end-to-end support for newsgathering computer systems, graphics and live reporting workflows, instructional lab operations and hands-on technical support for courses. The individual in this role also provides oversight of student employees and maintains professional-level learning environments for approximately students annually. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the next generation of journalists as they produce content for broadcast and digital platforms. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (communications technology, information technology, media production, or similar) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of progressively responsible experience supporting broadcast, newsroom, or instructional production technology environments.
