Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the technical leadership, preparation, operation, troubleshooting, and post-event management of all broadcast systems across HD, 4K, IP, baseband, remote production, flypack, and OB truck environments. Ensure every project is technically prepared before deployment, operationally stable during transmission, and fully controlled after completion, while maintaining the highest standards of engineering reliability, client confidence, and broadcast excellence.
