As part of Aon Transaction Solutions (“ATS”), you will join an industry-leading team specializing in transactional liability insurance products—including Representations & Warranties, Tax, and Litigation risk solutions—supporting private equity and corporate clients through complex M&A transactions. As a Broker Associate on the Tax team, you will partner closely with senior brokers to support the execution and placement of insurance solutions that bring certainty and value to our clients’ deals.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in New York City, with minimum three days a week in the New York office.
