Broker Sales Representative

The Broker Sales Representative fields calls from corporate / government clients and works to resolve problems they raise concerning service or billing as well as creates opportunities for sales with existing and new clients

Responsibilities

·Works in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes and create sales opportunities

·Demonstrates the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.

·Effectively communicates issues, needs and opportunities with employees and other managers.

·Interviews customers and records interview information into the computer for the Sales Department

·Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.
