BSN Academic Enhancement Coordinator

Primary Purpose of Position

The BSN Academic Enhancement Coordinator would supervise the student tutors. This person would assist nursing students to identify gaps in nursing knowledge based on testing performance analysis and create a structured remediation plan using the NCLEX testing package resources. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Commitment to diversity and inclusion in fulfillment of the university’s mission, knowledgeable of university and pre-professional curriculum requirement; knowledgeable of tutoring practices and principles; attained intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret any pertinent course materials such as syllabi, course/homework instructions or any educational information that will assist in the student’s learning experience.
