Reporting to the Director of Care and Assistant Director of Care, the BSO – RPN will contribute by sharing behavioral support to the residents, demonstrate knowledge with dementia care and mental health issues, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to develop a person‑centered philosophy of care for residents.
