Responsible for all purchasing activities related to the program (excluding CAPEX).
Responsible for quality, cost, and time (Q,C,T) of suppliers free sourced for the project.
Collaborates with the lead buyer for sourcing activity.
Manages the purchasing budget (hours & money) allocated for the project.
In charge of managing closed purchase orders for the project and following payment schedule.
Responsible for non‐event launch related to supplier activities.
Monitors gaps to target, PPAP on time, tier‐2 readiness, project hours management (status & forecast), contribution to cash in/cash out, and work packages OPTIMAP.
