Budtender Reports to:
- Retail Store Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Retail Location: Willowbrook, IL (Illinois locations) Pay Range: $17.25 Position Summary: The Budtender is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while educating patients and consumers about cannabis products.
- This role supports the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, from order fulfillment to compliance documentation, all while promoting a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to greet and check in patients, verify their status, and report allotments in the POS system Responsible for providing cannabis education and guidance to patients and customers.
