This role is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and memorable transportation experiences throughout the resort while delivering exceptional hospitality at every interaction. As a key touchpoint in the guest journey, the Buggy Host will warmly engage with guests, assist with transportation requests, and ensure seamless movement across the resort while upholding the luxury service standards of the FAENA brand.
