Building Automation Systems Engineer

Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Automation & Operations, the incumbent is primarily responsible for developing and updating BAS surveillance schedules and objectives, tracking & reporting on BAS surveillance performance. The role involves working with the Senior Manager and Building Operations teams to develop an alarm management strategy and reporting. The incumbent directs Analysts in the review and interpretation of BAS data and trends related to HVAC control issues, provides BAS subject‑matter technical expertise on BAS controls, devices and control sequences, and collaborates with Building Operations teams and control technicians to troubleshoot and make recommendations to the Senior Manager.
