Building Consent & Compliance Specialist

Rotorua Lakes Council is seeking a competent Building Consent Assessor to join their Building Services team in Rotorua, New Zealand. The role involves providing integrated customer-focused building advice and vetting building consent applications under the Building Act.

To succeed, candidates should hold or be working towards a National Diploma in Building Control Surveying, have a good understanding of relevant legislation, and though experience is desirable, it is not mandatory.
