What You Will Do

As a Building Controls Service Technician, you will work across a diverse range of campus facilities and ensure building management systems, HVAC controls, lighting controls, and electrical-for-mechanical services operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This varied, hands‑on role involves troubleshooting faults, responding to system alarms, carrying out planned maintenance, supporting building upgrades, and contributing to energy efficiency initiatives. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other trades to deliver smart building solutions.
