Building Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall management of the property and supervision of on site staff to ensure efficient and effective building operation. Attend to and supervise the general maintenance requirements, security and safety control and cleanliness of the assigned property. Handle the building’s funds and assets. Enforce house rules and regulations, and by laws. Ensure that all government required permits are secured and updated as needed.

Ensure equipment maintenance of the property. Assist complaints and requests of tenants.

Supervises the technical, housekeeping and security personnel of the property.

Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and facilities.

Monitors the inventory and safekeeping of the properties such as furniture, appliances, tools, equipment.

Will be the PCO, safety officer and first responder of the property.
