The Building Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supporting a Class A, mission‑critical facility with data center operations, where zero downtime and rapid response are mandatory. This role requires strong HVAC knowledge, power and generator awareness, and the ability to prioritize and respond to issues immediately and professionally. The engineer will operate in a high‑expectation, non‑relaxed environment with live utility power, on‑site generators, and monitored medium‑voltage electrical systems
