Are you a Contract Manager working within the Building Maintenance or Facilities Management industry and looking for a new role.

This Facilities Services Provider cover a range of contracts within the commercial sector covering sites from Offices, retail and Student Accommodation. Due to an increase in workload on both planned and reactive maintenance as well as small and minor works Fabric projects they are now recruiting for a Contract Manager.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing all fabric maintenance across commercial sites, ensuring high standards of delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
