Building Maintenance Support Staff

The Building Maintenance Support Staff shall provide administrative and logistical assistance in the operations of the Facilities Services Section, in support of the goals and objectives of WVDF, with the end in view of creating a balanced customer service focus and accountability that undertakes continuous improvement of systems, services, and stewardship.

This is an regular/open-ended post based in Quezon City.

Major Responsibilities

Conducts regular inspection of the following

• Facility related equipment and machines which include air conditioning system, elevator and generator.
• Building roof, walls and façade; electrical, plumbing, painting and lighting.

Facilitates daily office minor repair and maintenance works such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry works and/or repairs including workstation configurations and moves
