Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manager with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in managing commercial buildings.
The successful candidate will be able to understand complex systems, identify the root causes of any issues, and determine the appropriate actions to resolve them.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of experienced Executives in managing the building operations and facilities, including outsourcing services e.g. M&E system, cleaners, security, landscapes and pest control etc.
- Manage, supervise, and check the quality of work delivered by the team and vendors. Ensure that routine maintenance works and services are carried out in accordance with contract requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building, including all M&E systems, is in good condition. Follow up with rectifications and make recommendations.
