The Technical Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting in the overall maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment within the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role plays a key part in supporting the operational team on the account to deliver services that provide leading edge facilities and workplace services that align to JLL’s “The Future of Work” methodology.

• Provide support in general activities and any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Management team.
• Support onsite JLL FM team.
• Efficiently conduct site walk and conduct daily grounds inspections, removing debris and completing repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Support FM team with daily/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance.
