Building Operations Manager (Mechanical & Electrical)/CBD/Commercial Grad A Bldg/Max $6500

Responsible for the overall management of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations of Grade A commercial building standards.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop plans and manage daily operations to ensure excellent standards are achieved and requirements are met according to agreed service levels.
