Job Description
MMP Consultancy is seeking a Building Safety Manager on behalf of a Local Authority based in Southeast London. This is a temporary ongoing position with a day rate of £500 - £550 inside of IR35. Candidates can expect to work 2 days remote and 3 days in the office/on site.
The post holder is responsible for collecting and reviewing external wall systems (EWS) data, specifically focussing on those with combustible cladding. The aim is to ensure that risks of unsafe cladding and any other identified fire safety deficiencies are evaluated and addressed appropriately.
