Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for project investigation, reporting, specification preparation, quality observation, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and manufacturers.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects with varying scopes, and brings strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead pre-bid, pre-start, progress, and closeout site meetings
- Collect field data to support the preparation of repair specifications, drawings, and tenders
- Develop technical specifications for roofing remediation projects
- Support the preparation of design and tender documentation
