The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong stakeholder relationships while managing maintenance operations, contractors, and financial performance.
 This is a key leadership role requiring a balance of technical expertise, communication skills, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality building services to meet client and contract requirements
Act as the main client contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Lead day-to-day maintenance operations, including PPM and reactive works
Manage contractors, permits, and ensure safe systems of work
Monitor service performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
Support financial targets, including budgets, cost control, and small works delivery
Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures
