Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:

• BEng (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the mechanical building services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection design as per SANS standards, including firefighting equipment, smoke evacuation, stair pressurization, and fire sprinkler systems.
• Proficiency in fire safety design software is a significant advantage (e.g., CFD modelling software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
