Job Description
Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for all buildings and facilities management
- Conducting daily building and facility inspections.
- Plan co-ordinate and manage resources and operations as required.
- Manage and effective controlling of the cleaning operations.
- Conduct ad hoc duties.
- Supervise contractors working afterhours.
- Logging and reporting on all events and faults.
- Assist security operations across the property
- Assist and co-ordinate works with Facilities Manager and Security Manager to supervise security actions to insure maximum performance and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
Grade 12
Experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in Facilities and Asset Register
- Good understanding of building infrastructure.
