What you'll be doing Property Maintenance & Technical Services Conduct routine inspections of common areas and facilities, and perform authorized preventive, corrective maintenance on buildings, facilities system, not including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sanitary system, mechanical and ACMV as directed by the supervisor. Emergency Response & Customer Service Attend to all emergencies and resident complaints promptly, politely, and tactfully. Inventory & Asset Management Maintain inventory and records of all parts and end-items used for maintenance work, including those kept in the store.
