Buisiness Intelligence Analyst /Reporting Analyst

Overview:

Responsible for generating insights through data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Analyze performance metrics and trends
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years experience in reporting or analytics BPO preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent data visualization and communication skills
