Job Description

Distribution Planning: Oversee daily route and load planning, lead the Bulk Supply Chain team, and collaborate with production plants to balance supply and demand.
Fleet Management: Manage the maintenance and utilization of trucks, trailers, and cryogenic tanks to maximize runtime and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drivers, manage compliance documentation, and lead incident investigations with corrective actions.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the logistics budget and capital expenditure (Capex), analyze monthly distribution costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Data & Communication: Maintain organized operational records and handle proactive communication across cross-functional and regional teams. Are you a MATCH? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Logistics or relevant field
