Bunker Operations Executive (Marine & Shipping)

Seeking an experienced bunker operations professional to manage daily vessel operations, documentation, and compliance across Singapore port activities.

• Coordinate daily bunker operations and vessel schedules to ensure smooth execution
• Liaise with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities on delivery arrangements
• Monitor bunker loading and discharging activities for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Prepare, review, and verify operational documentation including BDN, cargo documents, delivery reports, port documents, and Statements of Facts
• Track vessel movements and provide timely operational updates to customersRecord and reconcile cargo quantities, fuel transfers, and inventory movements accurately
