Job Description
Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests, colleagues, and visitors in accordance with local traffic laws and hotel policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by providing a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience at all times.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, vehicle boarding, and general concierge‑related requests when required.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of assigned hotel vehicles through regular inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents occurring during the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure the well‑being of passengers, colleagues, and members of the public.
- Coordinate closely with the Concierge and Security teams to ensure smooth transportation operations and guest satisfaction.
