Position SummaryThe Business Analysis Manager is responsible for leading the business analytics function across warehousing, logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations. This role serves as a strategic business partner to operations and leadership teams by providing data-driven insights, financial analysis, project management, and decision support to improve service levels, optimize costs, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead a team of Business Analysts (BA) and Data Analysts (DA), establish robust business analysis frameworks, manage multiple strategic initiatives, and ensure analytical outputs are translated into actionable business results.
