Job Description

Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will serve the needs of the Execution & Change Division and have opportunity to propose and / or implement solutions for the efficiency of Zurich Insurance. 
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business analyst responsibilities, operational excellence, and project management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
Key Accountabilities
Leads the project resource planning, design, and implementation of business requirements and system modifications in projects/ initiatives.

Leads and draw up the business requirements gathering (BR Document) with relevant stakeholders. Analyse, document and reviews business processes requirements with product owners

Communicate project deliveries with key stakeholders on a regular basis
