A bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field, along with experience in computer system development and modification. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor s degree on a year-for-year basis.

5+ years of experience with Government IT projects as a Business Analyst or in related roles.

5+ years of experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business rules, processes, and requirements.

1+ year of hands-on experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

1+ year of experience with SQL databases.
