The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker, capable of communicating fluently and preparing professional documentation in Arabic. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and government digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for Digital Identity solutions.
• Work closely with government stakeholders, business users, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear solution requirements.
