Apply for a full‑time, onsite Business Analyst position within the Strategic Projects team in the Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) division of Hawke’s Bay Regional Council (HBRC). The role focuses on planning, prioritisation, resourcing, budgeting and execution of strategic ICT projects from inception to conclusion, working to transform business operations and support the council’s environmental and community goals.
Position Summary
The Business Analyst is a generalist role responsible for business analysis, project management, and change management across ICT Strategic Projects. The successful candidate will lead small‑to‑medium sized ICT projects, conduct comprehensive business and process analysis, model business processes, design solutions, and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet functional requirements and are adopted by users.
