This role operates as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, requiring strong communication, responsiveness and collaboration to align business goals and delivery outcomes. Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, the BA is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating communication, and ensuring solutions are designed, tested and implemented to meet client and organisational needs.
