We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can hit the ground running on a complex digital transformation program and, where needed, provide leadership to a broader BA team.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You will lead the discovery of current-state digital processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and shape the path toward a well-defined future state. You will know how to ask the right questions, synthesise what you find, and translate it into a clear direction that delivery teams can act on.
