Job Description
VisionpoolBusiness Services is hiring a HYBRID IT Business Analyst who will work on a project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for a contact centre.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of IT project experience as a Business Analyst
- CBAP Certification
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with contact centre technology projects
- Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
